Reading the vector

The vector is a support/resistance reference. Each chart uses its own Wave setting. It is the midpoint of the highest and lowest closing prices in the last Wave bars, including the current bar. At Wave 1 it follows the close. A change in vector direction starts a new cycle immediately; a flat vector holds direction. There is no movement threshold or confirmation delay.

The pivot is the vector value immediately before a new cycle begins. It remains fixed throughout that cycle. When the cycle ends, its highest high (H cycle) or lowest low (L cycle) is recorded as an imprint. The reversal candle belongs to the new cycle.

Choose a timeframe, wave and history, then select Load Graph.

Use Fractal Graph to explore cycles, Cycle Analyzer to compare completed cycles, and Spread Machine for daily price targets.

Choose Last X days for all available days, or Similar days for a focused comparison.

Move over a chart for precise values. Click a chart to activate its controls; click outside or press Escape to return to page scrolling. Once active, scroll or pinch to zoom around the pointer. Drag to pan, or scroll horizontally through time. Shift-scroll adjusts price; dragging the bottom or side axis scales that axis. Double-click to fit. Focus a chart and press F to expand; Escape restores it.

Percentages show historical likelihood; target values show prices. Smaller samples provide less evidence.
